This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between you ("Controller") and HuntLedger ("Processor"). This DPA reflects the parties' agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data.
This DPA applies where and only to the extent that HuntLedger processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller that is subject to GDPR.
Subject Matter: Provision of job application tracking services
Duration: For the term of the service agreement

Controller grants Processor general authorization to engage Subprocessors. Current Subprocessors include:

This DPA terminates automatically upon termination of the Terms of Service or when Processor no longer processes Personal Data on behalf of Controller.
Upon termination, Processor will either delete or return all Personal Data at Controller's choice.
This DPA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing law of the Terms of Service, unless required otherwise by GDPR.
